If the weather conditions mean that the authorities do not allow navigation, a full refund of the amount paid will be made. No refunds are made due to cancellation by the client.

Once the data is confirmed and the availability of the boat is verified, the reservation will be confirmed for the established date with the payment of 50% of the total rental value, via credit card, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. The remaining 50% must be paid and credited prior to the ship\\\'s departure.
